Most think this is a turn off to the prospect. However, once scripts are mastered and delivered in an expert manner, your chances of better preparing yourself to handle any and all objections that come your way become almost foolproof, therefore arming you with the ammunition you need to conquer any sales conversation and process. Without mastering scripts, your confidence level simply isn't firing on all cylinders. Scripts is a very "natural" part of a salesperson's job.

 

Role play and script practice is considered to be one of the 5 "must do's" for a salesperson (in any sales role).

 

Attend this class and come prepared to learn with one another by drilling various scripts over and over with your peers. Learn what to say to control the conversation and how and when to say it. Master this important aspect of your job and you will be well on your way to doubling your income.

Our fourth annual Comedy FUN-Raiser is fast approaching.   Most of you attended our previous comedy shows and had lots of fun.   We really need your help again this year to make this fundraiser another huge success!  

 

Keller Williams does lot to support our agent’s real estate business and this is the one time a year we ask (beg) for just a few hours of your time. Help us – Help others.   No heavy lifting, no getting up on stage and telling your favorite a knock, knock joke. 

 

 

What we really need is your attendance to the show, sell a table of tickets and maybe even obtain a raffle donation from a business owner that we will raffle off in front of hundreds of local area patrons.  That’s it!   This event is an awesome way to say "Thank you" and show appreciation to your clients.  

 

Please join your fellow market center partners on Thursday, October 9th at 6:00 pm so we can go over the details and get a jump start on this years fun.

 

The office will provide pizza, wine, beer, bottled water and soft drinks. We have several new agents that recently joined the office and this will be a great way to mingle and make them feel welcomed too.
